Cloud services for our cameras have become very popular. They give you constant access to your camera recordings through the Immax NEO PRO app. How do you activate the cloud and ensure it works properly?

Cloud services are accessible through our Immax NEO PRO app. It’s available completely free of charge on the App Store and Google Play. There are two activation methods, both of which are very simple:

Profile (My) tab -> Video Storage -> Learn More -> Submit -> Available cloud services will be displayed here

In the app, click on the camera -> Settings (top right) -> Buy VAS -> Learn More -> Submit -> The available cloud services will be displayed here
