1) How can I control individual devices?

Immax NEO products can be controlled in several ways. It always depends on how they communicate. That determines whether you need a Bridge smart gateway or not.

The Immax NEO lighting, heating, and alarm system uses ZigBee technology for communication. This is the most advanced solution in the smart home sector. The Immax NEO BRIDGE PRO serves as the heart of this system. Its advantage is that it does not rely on an internet connection. In addition, it can handle a large number of devices and has sufficient range. 

Smart devices on a Wi-Fi network 

Our product lineup includes a wide variety of devices. If you choose products that use a Wi-Fi network, you won't need a smart gateway. In that case, the Immax NEO PRO app is all you need. It's available for iOS and Android. 

2) Why can't I see the device when I search for it?

In most cases, the issue is that the device hasn't been reset and isn't in pairing mode. You must do this before adding it to the app. Just follow the instructions on your phone's screen. 

3) What is the current version of the smart gateway? 

This year has seen a significant shift in how our devices communicate. We’ve created a smart gateway for you that communicates via ZigBee 3.0 and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. You can also connect the Bridge to the new controller.

7) Is my smart home secure against hacking?

8) Can an Immax light be connected to a Philips Hue smart gateway?

Yes. Immax NEO lights use ZigBee technology, which is also used by the Philips Hue system. If you have a Philips Hue smart gateway, you can also connect our lights to it. 

9) Can a controller be connected to the Bridge? 

Yes. Our remote control can be connected to the Immax NEO Smart BRIDGE PRO smart gateway. 

10) What is the maximum distance between the Bridge and the light? 

The lighting system uses ZigBee technology. One of its advantages is its long coverage range. This is achieved by relaying the signal from one device to another. The first light should be located approximately 10 meters from the smart gateway (the distance may vary depending on the location).
