We built our Immax NEO PRO app on the global Tuya platform. What makes this integration so special? It allows you to easily connect devices from different manufacturers into a single, controllable system. And it doesn’t matter whether they communicate via a Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth, or Zigbee technology.

What is a Tuya smart home?

Tuya is a platform that takes smart homes to the next level. It was designed to provide efficient control of individual smart devices, which includes monitoring real-time energy consumption, full automation, secure storage, and much more. At the same time, Tuya continues to evolve and expand its reach.

Today, the platform is used by more than 5,000 smart home device manufacturers worldwide. This allows you to create a comprehensive smart home that includes all kinds of products. Last year, Tuya joined the Zigbee Alliance, marking the beginning of its collaboration with the industry’s biggest players.

Smart Tuya and Immax NEO PRO

Tuya is actually an app available for iOS and Android. We took it, adapted it for Czech consumers, and named it Immax NEO PRO. You can download the app—with a Czech interface and tailored to Immax NEO products—onto your phone or tablet. And it’s not just for those products. You can also connect devices from other manufacturers to the system. The only requirement is that they run on the TUYA platform.

Tuya’s biggest advantage is its forward compatibility. It often happens that you buy, for example, Zigbee-based lighting for your home, along with smart multisensors or cameras that communicate over a Wi-Fi network. It’s precisely these products that need to be connected if you want to automate your home. Tuya solves the problem of different systems and can control everything from a single app.

Other features of the app

The Immax NEO PRO smart app is the foundation and heart of a smart home. In addition to its compatibility, it stands out for its user interface. The owner with full privileges can add two additional administrators, who will have the same privileges. Subsequently, up to 10 regular users with limited privileges can be added. The entire family can be added to a single app without having to change any settings.

The integration with the Tuya platform has enhanced security. For example, cloud storage for camera footage is located on a remote server that is highly secure. Specifically, it is located in Düsseldorf, Germany, and a new one is being built in Nuremberg. So you don’t have to worry that if someone hacks into your Wi-Fi network, they’ll gain access to sensitive footage.
