04.09.2026

Manage your smart home conveniently from your computer

Until now, you’ve been controlling your Immax NEO smart home from your mobile phone – but you can now access it directly from a browser on your computer or tablet. The new web interface offers a clear overview of your cameras on a large screen, convenient control of your devices without having to reach for your mobile, and easier creation of smart scenes. No installation, no passwords – simply scan the QR code.

We have another new feature for you in our Immax NEO ecosystem. Until now, you’ve been able to control your smart home from your mobile; now we’ve launched a new web interface. You can now access Immax NEO directly from a web browser on your computer or tablet. You don’t need to install anything, download anything or create a new account.

What new features await you?

Spatial Panel – a clear overview of all rooms, including individual smart devices. You can control each device directly from your computer and see its current status.

Smart Camera system – a grid for simultaneously viewing live feeds from multiple smart cameras and doorbells in real time. For cameras, you have access to a live view, playback of recordings from the cloud or an SD card, two-way audio and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) control.

Device Management – bulk management of all devices, assigning them to groups and checking connection or battery status.

Automation and Scenes (Scene Automation) – an overview of configured and running automations and scenarios throughout the entire home. In one place, you can see which rules you have set up and how your home is functioning.

Multiple screens on a single

Clear multi-camera surveillance on a large screen. You can view live footage from IP cameras and Immax NEO smart doorbells in full size and with a clear overview. The interface also supports displaying multiple cameras simultaneously in a single grid, which is ideal for securing your home, holiday home or office. Instead of switching between small thumbnails on your phone, you can keep an eye on the entire property in one place.

💡 TIP

A modern baby monitor can keep an eye on several children at once, and you can see them all on your computer screen. Take a look at our selection of baby monitors and cameras.

Work without reaching for your phone

Convenient control without reaching for your mobile. Lights, sockets and other smart features can be switched on, off and controlled directly whilst you’re working on your computer. If you’re distracted from your screen by the need to turn off the lights in the living room or check whether the iron is switched off, you can sort it out with a single click, without having to search for your phone.

Complex scenarios are no longer complicated. Automations that respond to multiple triggers at once are much easier to set up on your computer desktop. The large workspace allows you to see the entire logic of a scene at a glance. You won’t be put off by more sophisticated settings that might otherwise deter you on a mobile phone screen.

The interface displays an overview of both configured and currently running automations and scenes across your entire home. This means you can see at a glance which rules you’ve set up. You can easily edit them, synchronise them with one another or remove any you no longer need. Your home will remain organised even as the number of scenes increases.

💡 TIP

The best scenes are created when devices communicate with one another. Add thermostatic heads and sensors and detectors – your home will then be able to react automatically to temperature, movement and even an open window.

A much more practical way to log in

Log in without the hassle of typing in passwords. You don’t log into the interface with a username and password, but by quickly scanning a QR code from the mobile app. This eliminates the need to type in long login details and also means greater security, as you confirm access directly on your phone.

Operating system independence. The web interface works on any computer, whether you’re using Windows, macOS or Linux. The same applies to web browsers. You can open Immax NEO PRO in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. There’s no need to worry about compatibility or install any additional software.

How do I connect to the web interface?

The whole connection process takes just a few seconds and can be completed in five simple steps.

  1. Open the login page. Open a web browser on your computer and go to immaxneoproweb.saaszh.com.
  2. Check the region. On the page that loads, make sure the region ‘Europe’ is selected. A unique QR code will then appear on the screen.
  3. Scan the QR code in the app. Open the Immax NEO PRO app on your phone and go to the Profile (Me) tab in the bottom bar. Tap the QR code scanner icon in the top right-hand corner and point your phone’s camera at the code displayed on the screen.
  4. Confirm your login. A confirmation prompt will appear on your phone’s screen. Tap the ‘Confirm login’ button and, in a moment, the web page on your computer will load and grant you access to all your devices.
  5. Done! Enjoy the new interface for your smart home.
