Withdrawal from a contract concluded by distance method
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The period for withdrawing from the contract ends with the expiration of 14 days from the day following the day when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes over the goods. In the event that the delivery contains several pieces of goods that are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period is calculated from the moment when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes over the last piece of goods."
You can withdraw from this contract by any unequivocal statement addressed to: IMMAX WPB CZ, s.r.o. - complaints department, Teslova 1179/2, 702 00 Ostrava, phone: +420 731 863 320, e-mail: reklamace@immax.cz, for example by letter sent through the postal service operator or via electronic mail.
You can use the attached sample form for withdrawing from the contract, but it is not your obligation. On our website www.immax.eu you can also electronically fill out and send the form for withdrawing from the contract. If you use this option, we will immediately confirm its receipt in text form (for example via e-mail).
In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant deadline.
2. Consequences of withdrawing from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will return to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal from the contract, all monies that we have received from you on the basis of the contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen delivery method, which is different from the cheapest delivery method offered by us). We will use the same payment method that you used to make the initial transaction for refunds, unless you have specifically specified otherwise. In no case will this incur additional costs for you. We can only refund monies received once we receive the returned item or you provide proof that you sent the item back, whichever comes first.
Acceptance of goods
You can choose from the following options:
1 - We will collect the goods - in this case, contact the seller to arrange collection of the shipment
2 - Send the goods back without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract, or deliver them to the address: IMMAX WPB CZ, s.r.o. - complaints department, Teslova 1179/2,702 00 Ostrava, phone: +420 731 863 320, e-mail: reklamace@immax.cz. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods back to us before the expiry of 14 days.
Costs associated with returning goods:
1 – if the customer pays for the shipping, we will bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
2 – if shipping was free, you (customer) will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods
Reduction in value of returned goods:
You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods that occurred as a result of handling these goods in a manner other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
