Withdrawal from a distance contract
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you take delivery of the goods.
1.3 In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform IMMAX WPB CZ, s.r.o. , Pohoří 703, 742 85 Vřesina, address for sending complaints to IMMAX WPB CZ, s.r.o. Teslova 1179/2, 702 00 Ostrava-Privoz, by unilateral legal action (e.g. by letter sent via postal service provider, fax or email) http://www.immax.cz/kontakty. You may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not your obligation to do so.
1.4 In order to comply with the time limit for withdrawal from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant time limit.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen method of delivery being other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). We will use the same means of payment you used to make the initial transaction for the refund, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. However, IMMAX WPB CZ, s.r.o. prefers, also with regard to speed of processing, to refund by bank transfer to your account. In any case, you will not incur additional costs. We will refund the payment only after receipt of the returned goods.
2.2 You shall return the goods without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods back to us before the expiry of the 14 days. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarise yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality.
